NeonIX Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NeonIX ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the NeonIX mobile application.
1. Information We Process
- Gameplay data stored on your device: level progress, stars, coins, settings, selected theme, and similar app-state data.
- Purchase status: in-app purchase transaction and entitlement data from Apple StoreKit (for example, ad-free entitlement and consumable coin packs).
- Advertising data (when ads are enabled): ad request and delivery data processed by Google Mobile Ads and related partners, which may include device identifiers, IP-based data, and interaction data.
NeonIX does not require creating an in-app account and does not ask for your name, phone number, or email inside the app.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide gameplay features and save local progress.
- To process and validate purchases and restore eligible non-consumable purchases.
- To show ads (if applicable) and manage ad frequency/availability.
- To maintain app integrity, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising
NeonIX uses Google Mobile Ads. If ads are enabled, ad partners may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can choose ad settings in the app where available, and you can remove ads permanently via the in-app "Remove Ads" purchase.

4. In-App Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple, not by us directly. We do not receive your full payment card details. Consumable coin packs are single-use and not restorable. The ad-free purchase is non-consumable and restorable under Apple rules.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Most gameplay data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, local gameplay data may be lost. Purchase entitlements may remain available through Apple restore mechanisms where applicable.
6. Children
NeonIX is intended for a general audience. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided data in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will review the request.
7. Your Choices
- You may uninstall the app at any time.
- You may reset local progress from within the app settings.
- You may manage purchase restoration via Apple and in-app restore flows.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
